MurmrBot ("we", "our", "us") operates a Telegram bot that provides voice-to-text transcription services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We use your data solely to provide the transcription service. Audio is processed locally on our own servers using open-source speech recognition — it is never sent to a third-party AI provider.

Audio files are deleted immediately after transcription is complete. Usage counts are stored in a SQLite database and retained for service operation.

The Service is provided "as-is" without any uptime or availability guarantees. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time with or without notice.
The free tier allows 20 transcriptions per day. This limit may change at any time. We will make reasonable effort to notify users of changes.
Pro subscriptions are billed at $4.99/month via CREEM. Payment is processed by CREEM under their own terms and privacy policy.
If the Service is not functioning as described, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@murmrbot.shop.
You may not use the Service for:
We reserve the right to ban users who violate these terms or abuse the Service. No refund will be issued for terminated accounts.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, do not use the bot.
The Service uses AI-based speech recognition and may produce errors — you should review transcriptions before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months. This limitation applies to all types of liability, including service outages, data issues, and transcription errors.
